BRAIDGANG!

Guys I spent the last two days doing my hair! #blackgirlproblems lol. After watching ONE youtube video on "Crochet Braids for beginners" I decided to be spontaneous and make a trip down to my local hair shop to pick up supplies to do it myself! After 10 packs of Senegal twists, yes 10 PACKS!  and two seasons of Peaky Blinders (I have the biggest crush on Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy) I finally finished and for my first time I'm pretty proud of myself! What do you guys think? I absolutely love them!

Hi Easter guys! I hope you had a lovely bank holiday and ate loads of chocolate! I have been working really hard at work and haven't had any time to myself so decided to book some extra days off in addition to the 4 day weekend we just had. I plan to have some me time today and do a mani/pedi, catch up with some Youtube vids and  eat the remaining Easter chocolate eggs I have stashed in my bedroom...dont judge me lol

H&M Baker Boy Hat / Topshop Jumpsuit / H&M heel shoes / Mango Longline Belted Jacket

A couple of weeks ago I attended Pixi Beauty's pop up shop in Covent Garden. I posted a pic of their amazing products on instagram here and was kindly gifted three products of my choice. There was such a buzz going around the shop about how great the Glow Tonic is so I definitely had to pick that up alongside the H20 Skindrink hydrating gel and the Makeup Fixing Mist. I am so excited to use these products and will definitely let you guys know how I get on with them! Have you guys used any products from Pixi Beauty? Let me know!

PINK BOMBER POPPIN

BOMBER JACKET - Stradivarius, TOP (Similar) - Zara, JEANS (Similar) - New Look, HAT - Forever21, BOOTS - Ego.co.uk

I have a big pink crush on this bomber jacket! Pink is one of my favourite colours but its quite a tough colour to style without looking like you stepped out of Barbies world but its definitely the right colour for spring. Originally I had my eye on this gorgeous satin bomber from Mango because of the length and the material; I really wanted that oversized feel but I changed my mind and went for a shorter, slimline fit and I much prefer the price point of this one from Stradivarius; admittedly I had never heard of the brand until a couple months ago when I came across their flagship store in Westfield Stratford!

With a little play on layering and lengths I paired it with this spilt top from Zara. I love the cut out detail on the sides, such a subtle understated way of showing a lil side midriff.

Can we pause for these boots please? How impractical and amazing are these beauties? I know, I know everyone has them...their all over the gram...but sometimes you got to ride the hype bandwagon with pride lol. Nude, patent and a yellow clear perspex heel who wants to wear black boots all the time! Yup, these are definitely outside my comfort zone but I guess that is why I love them, its easy to stick to what you know but that also gets repetitive.

Let me know what you think of my look!
